Quinta Kookix invites guests into the heart of the northern Yucatan, offering space, privacy, tranquility and uncompromising comfort.  Each of our three beautifully appointed Casitas, which are designed to reflect the Neo Mayan architectural style which emerged in the 1920s in the Yucatan, offers a variety of views throughout our lush gardens and fields of thousands of Henequen plants native to the Yucatan.  

Each Casita is adorned with antiques and artwork collected from around the world by Marjorie and Bruno, floors of local Limestone, as well as private entrances and adjacent parking.  Longterm rates are available, please inquire.  

For a very private stay, special rates are available to rent all three casitas.  Maximum two people per room, with a two night minimum.  Payment in full is required prior to your arrival.
