Dining

One of the many wonderful aspects of life in the Yucatan is the availability of beautiful fresh local produce and seafood, as well as home raised chicken and pork.  Our kitchen has evolved over the time we have lived here, and now our focus is on using local ingredients in novel ways, as well as availing ourselves and our guests of the marvelous culinary traditions of the Yucatan.  Our menus are seasonal and change often to highlight the variety of little-known Mayan fruits, many of which we are growing on our land.  Bruno oversees our kitchen, and he works with local chefs who share our interest and curiosity.  Daily breakfast is included in your stay.  We can make you picnics for your expeditions at an additional charge, and dinner is possible with advance reservations.  Take one of our cooking classes with local chefs, which includes shopping at the nearby Mercado de Motul!
