Nestled on 4 hectares amongst 6,000 henequen plants and surrounded by native medicinal gardens, Quinta Kookix Guest Ranch in the northern Yucatan combines luxurious accommodations and amenities with exciting and unique experiences. Located in the heart of the ancient Mayan Empire, we are a 45 minute drive north of the capital city of Merida and only 10 minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

OUR CASITAS
Accommodations
We offer three individual Casitas inspired by the Neo Mayan architecture of the 1920s, and each featuring uniquely luxurious décor with pieces from Marjorie´s personal collections. Each Casita offers a king-size bed with fine linens, an en-suite bathroom, private patio, and adjacent parking. The shared pool is set amongst a centrally located tropical garden, with an adjacent terrace for lounging.
Dining
Breakfast is included with your room and is served on the poolside terrace. Picnics may be arranged, and dinner at the Ranch is possible with advanced notice. There are several dining options for both lunch and dinner within a 20 minute drive.

Getting Here
We are located 14km south of the Gulf Coast in the Northern Yucatan, a one hour drive from Merida´s Manuel Crescencio Rejón Internationacional Airport, which offers extensive domestic and international flights. We are happy to assist you in arranging private transfers both to and from the airport. The airport is also serviced by many of the large rental car companies such as Hertz, Avis, National and more.
