Afterward, they invite you to explore their unique environment, complete with the Melipona stingless bees which are endemic to the Yucatan, an open-air kitchen with a wood-fired convection oven, their family of animals, their plant nursery, and much more. A delicious lunch awaits, prepared with many of their own products, including their homemade craft beers and delicious hibiscus kombucha. Workshops on fermentation and regional medicinal plants are also available.
